Once you are ready to proceed, the first step is to schedule an introductory meeting.

The introductory meeting is an in-depth, exploratory process with several objectives:

• Discovery: Where are you today, and how did you get there? What motivates you, what moves you, what blocks you?
• Designing the future: What motivated you to contact us, and what are your desired outcomes?
• Expectations: We’ll explain the coaching process—specifically, how our coaching will move you toward your goals and deepen your learning. We’ll also share with you the tools and structures we’ll use to support you.
• Logistics: We’ll discuss details such as the frequency of calls, scheduling, and payments.
